UKRAINIAN COMMUNITY OF RELATIONAL TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS

UKRAINIAN COMMUNITY OF RELATIONAL TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS WELCOMES YOU!

WE INVITE YOU TO OUR PROFESSIONAL COMMUNITY!

The Ukrainian Community of Relational Transactional Analysis is a professional community of psychologists and psychotherapists from the field of Relational Transactional Analysis. The goal of our union is mutual professional development: study and practical use of a relational approach in our activities, formation and development of our own professional culture, principles and values of the community to support the development of its members.

UCRTA was founded on June 4, 2020 by Anton Iermolayev and Andrii Dektiarenko. It is a public organization — a legal entity and a non-profit organization, which carries out its activities in the legal field, and profitably directs the development of the community. In order to manage its activities and determine the direction of development, UCRTA has a horizontal organizational structure, and the governing bodies are the General Assembly and the Council of Coordinators.

The main areas of activity of our union are publishing activities and practical educational professional projects. Since 2018, there have been breakthrough meetings — professional experience groups that laid the foundation for the creation of unions in 2020. For four years of activity, we have established the process of translation and publication of books and articles on RTA: the book Gargaden and Sills "Relational Transactional Analysis: Principles in Practice" was published; Karen Minikin's book "Radical Relational Perspective in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy" is in the process of translation; publication of the final magazine of the community "Perspektiva" with articles from RTA and a dialogue of union members. We held the First Ukrainian Conference on Relational Transactional Analysis together with our colleagues from the International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis. There are regular meetings of the supervisory group — the group of relational experience and professional development. There is active communication with community members.

Our future plans include expanding the publishing business and increasing group experience and professional development, holding conferences, creating a professional space for general learning and immersion in TA and RTA by members of our community, sharing professional experience and own views, developing and maintaining a healthy professional culture. We also want to reformat "membership" in the organization and attract new members.

As a separate direction, it is worth highlighting the development of the culture of the professional association.

UCRTA does not conduct and is not a provider or organizer of certification programs on the status of Transactional Analysts, is not an association of specialists around such processes, and opens the confrontation of the damaged culture that exists in such processes.

UCRTA develops its own code of professional ethics, taking into account the nature of the relational perspective of the client-therapeutic relationship.

UCRTA continues to form and improve the ethical code of organizations for the formation of the culture of a professional organization, the interaction of program and project participants with other organizations.

UCRTA is an association of specialists for joint development in the direction of RTA and TA and freely chooses the format and organizes educational, educational and other projects or programs.

Participants of educational projects or programs in which educational trainers will be involved (PTSTA, TSTA) will be issued certificates with the years and signature of the trainer.

"Supervision" and "Intervision" groups are professional development groups and professional experience groups.

UCRTA forms and maintains a culture of openness and visibility, any specialist, regardless of professional affiliation, status, membership, etc., who is interested in studying and developing RTAs and TAs, can freely interact with USRTAs. We invite you to send your proposals, publications, projects, etc. and we will be glad for our fruitful cooperation!

The priority activities of the Organization, which aim at professional growth of its members, are:

- publishing and educational activities on Relational Transactional Analysis;

- collegial support;

- cooperation and partnership with friendly organizations.

To achieve objectives of the "UCRTA", governing bodies were created and relevant documents were developed to guide and regulate the activities of the Organization. The supreme body of the Organization is the General Meeting of its members, which decides on its activities. The governing body of the Organization is the Board of Coordinators, which performs the functions of its current organizational activities. Members of the "UCRTA" and members of the governing bodies in their activities and interaction within the Organization and with other organizations are guided by the Statute, the Code of Ethics, the Regulations of the General Meeting and the Regulations of the Board of Coordinators. An important place in our Organization is occupied by ethics, which is defined and regulated by the Code of Ethics. The Code consists of sections on ethics in the organization and ethics in professional activities.

We sincerely invite you to our community!
